Consumer mediation

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at hello@vrailanguage.com: we reply within 7 business days and look for an amicable solution. Since orders are sold by Fourthwall, refund and return requests are also handled through Fourthwall. If the dispute remains unresolved, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge (art.
